Pls. calm down a bit, this isn't necessarily a problem. Sometimes Hoyas grow a misshaped leaf, it happens, not a dangerous thing or sign of ill health. Just keep an eye on things.

I hope there's a bit of space btwn your inner & outer pots, it looks kind of tight & I'd be concerned of water accumulating in the bottom which could lead to root rot. Best if you remove them from those pots to water & then let drain before returning them to those cache pots.

I'd say from here, they look otherwise fine, good color & texture.

It's probably just adjusting to its new surroundings. The old leaves look like it's a plant that's been grown in bright but indirect light. The deep green, large leaves are an indicator of that. What direction does your window face? Does it get some sun? Where did it come from? I get a lot of plants from Florida and the new leaves often look very different for me - there's a big difference between Florida sun and Nebraska sun. Funny, isn't it? It's the same sun! LOL!
