Since you don't appear to have tiles on your roof, an awning like this wouldn't look the same but it would certainly shade the front window. The junction of the roof by the other window complicates things, but you could do a pergola covered walkway that turns and makes an "L" over the window. If you place the cross pieces close together like the second photo you'll get more shade. Have you already put high-tech UV window film on the windows? That would be a good first step.
