My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The Lotus Console Table has a hard polyurethane sealant. This particular sealant does not soak into the bamboo but creates a very smooth, sealed coating all around the table. The paint will not penetrate the coating so you may need to sand the surface so the paint can adhere to the surface of the coating.
