My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Here's the latest version after all design input. Obviously still missing landscaping and outdoor accoutrements. Thoughts/feedback?

    I love the colors! I would nix the shutters though and go with thicker window casings fit the more modern look you’re going for. I personally like shutters and have them on my center hall colonial, but they do lend themselves to a more traditional style
