I recently planted 2 citrus trees (about 3 years old) in the ground. I've been watering them every other day and giving them 2 gallons each. Is that too much or too little? The leaves look a little yellow (only a few maybe 1/4 on each tree), are curling. Both trees do see growth though?

I'm in zone 9B, Central Florida. Thank you everybody, just a newbie trying to get my trees doing well :).
