Coretec Plus HD Subfloor

So... It all started with.. lets paint the walls and from that it went into tearing out the ugly devorative pole and ripping up carpet/tiles / bakerboard that tile was attached to (ripping thousands of staples) and now we are at the point where we are ready to install our Coretec Plus HD flooring. Question I have is our subfloor with new flooring laid will have a height difference. Do we A: lay floor and buy reducers that will cover said gap( its in 2 spaces from laundry mud room to bathroom) or B lay an additional sub floor to make up the difference..Or any other suggestions you may have
