First of all, ditch the “Moon juice,” that stuff is no good for your citrus. My trees are starting to shed some of the older yellowing leaves in preparation for the spring flush of new growth. Your trees seem a little malnourished, that’s not a big issue, go to Home Depot and purchase a product called Arizona’s Best citrus food. I’ve found that is the best citrus fert for trees in the desert, since I’ve been using it my trees have flourished. Follow the dosage instructions and your trees will look great. As for irrigation, you need to watch your trees and water as needed, 20 gallons once a week might not be enough once your temps start to warm up and throughout the summer. It also looks like you may have some CLM damage in your leaves, it’s just something we have to deal with in the desert, it’s ok your leaves still work and are producing food for your tree, they’re just kind of ugly. have you sprayed it with a fungicide. That may help a lot. It won't repair the bad leaves but could prevent spread. If the soil is moist to 2 feet then don't water. There is a chance that the clay soil surrounding the tree and its amended soil is holding to much water. Generally a hole like yours would kill citrus trees but I used to live out there and I am aware that it is impossible for your weather to over water your trees. You will need to control the water you give your tree. I suspect it has too much water and the roots are short on oxygen. You cannot give a tree an automatic 20 gallon watering.

First when you plant a citrus tree dig a hole just large enough to accommodate the tree's root ball. Then back fill the hole only with the dirt made from digging the hole. Don't add any amendments. . Digging a large hole and backfilling with foreign material, makes a lake for the tree's root system to set in every time you water. Whatever Moon Juice is, I have no idea, never heard of anyone ever using it, the name even sounds bad. The yellow leaves on your tree are showing the classical symptoms of an nitrogen deficiency. Have you been fertilizing this tree at all? A new citrus tree should be fertilized 5 times spread out over the growing season,

My first description says I sprayed with triple action oil. This is a fungicide.
