You have nice cabinets! I think you just have to change out the hardware and the counters. You can also pick a decorative tile and use as back splash to update that area as well. Use a coordinating tile to match the rest of what you have.

Try to sketch out the pieces that need to be replaced like the window sill, counter, etc with measurements and take it to your local fabricator and see if they have a remnant piece for you that will work.

The cabinets look lovely and the wall tile is a luxurious touch. If it were me I'd put in some brushed nickel hardware and white or gray granite or quartz or quartzite countertops. Whether you want to do the kitchen as well is really dependent on budget. I don't think your bathroom looks very outdated, but I'm also not a big fan (personally) of that granite.
