Yes, you can repot them now if you want, but I would recommend waiting until they're a little bigger so you don't risk damaging their tiny root systems. The best way to repot them is to carefully remove as much of the mother leaf as possible. Take the plant and its roots out of the soil and shake out any excess. Repot in a small pot with drainage holes in cactus soil.
