This plant was labeled a lipstick plant, but I've been informed it's a Hoya. It has gray spots on the leaves that seems to be spreading. I recently repotted to a more aerated soil mix (it's too soon to tell if it will have beneficial effects). The closest thing I can find that fits is a botrytis infection, but I'm not certain. Can anyone help identify the problem and how to treat it? Thanks.
