Oil based paint question

I am painting a buffet and just finished the first coat using oil based paint.
I've never used it before, but I love the glossy finish. I used a tinted base for oil base paint. Question: After first coat dried I see a couple of spots I missed. Can I touch it up with the same paint or do I have to do a second coat? It covered so nice I was hoping I would need a second coat.
