My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

your plan graphics are beautiful! may I ask, are these done by hand or are they computer-generated?

    Many of our plans are a combination. The "base" or house footprint, paving, property lines, contours are CAD drawn. Plant material, textures, shadows are hand drawn. And then the plan is hand colored. We know that it is possible to draw and color and plan totally by computer, but we feel that there would be a loss of that "personal touch".
