My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thanks for the question. This was a custom designed plan for an "empty nesting" couple with 2-main bedroom suites on the main level and 2 additional bedrooms in the fully exposed lower level. Our plans are custom designed for each individual home owner, so we don't publicly release the layout. Sorry I don't have more to offer in regards to specifics on the layout.
