My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Dos the free shipping include in-home delivery? I live in a high-rise apt. on the 22nd floor. Would the chair be delivered into my unit for free? Thank you.

    Hello

Thank you for your email. Free Standard Shipping will only deliver curb side. We highly recommend what we call Premium Shipping (White Glove). If you provide an email address along with the shipping address we would be more than happy to provide a quote for that. BSEID does assume part of the cost by deducting the standard shipping fee.

We look forward to hearing from you.

    Regards,

    Betsy
