Carrot seedlings (container)

I’m growing two different varieties of carrots in containers. They germinated in about 5 days and appear to be doing well (on day 10 now and starting to sprout their true leaves) but they fall over when I water them. I have 6500K CFL’s hanging above them but I think they might be leggy still? Thoughts?

When you water your carrots, do they fall over during their early development?

Yes, mine fall over. Yes, those look like carrots. If you water from the bottom they don't fall down. Sometimes they stand back up, sometimes they don't.
