Paint scheme?! #sendhelp

We are in a new build. Norhern style split level with basement unfinished. Modern farmhouse theme throughout with lots of neutrals, wood tones and metals. Exterior is black and white. Interior ceilings AND walls upon move in were Sherwin-Williams snowfall. I HATE IT. It’s a very light gray that throws purple. I have started painting over walls, but left ceilings in hopes it wouldnt be noticible and would just look white. Not sure if that is working in my favor. Thoughts?

So far I have made the following changes: we have a couple of shiplap accent walls in SW Alabaster, all main living spaces are SW Agreeable gray, daughters room is SW Comfort gray and master is SW amazing gray. Bathroom still needs paint. I am happy with these colors with the exception of the amazing gray in the master. Its too beige to me and just doesn’t make my heart flutter. I LOVE the comfort gray in my daughters room, but worry since there isn’t much color elsewhere that it doesn’t flow? I’m one of those people that thinks a plant is enough color and I really struggle with how to incorporate color. Help! It’s a very open floor plan and the living, kitchen and dining are all in one space. It seems most of the walls “run together” (see pics) so I’m not sure if it’s even feasible to incorporate anymore paint colors other than beds and bath. Another thing that weirds me out is that when you walk up stairs youre in the main area with living, kitchen and dining, first room on hall is bathroom then master and daughters room are last 2 and are right across from each other. So it’s like nuetral everywhere and then BAM comfort gray which comes off super sage green. I would really love comfort gray in the master too. Would that make my daughters room seem more cohesive With the rest of the home? What colors would go good with my current scheme in the master and bath? Should I go through the trouble of painting the ceilings white? Thanks in advance!
