Wallpaper suggestions for powder room?

My friend wants to wallpaper her powder room (above the wainscoting - she is replacing it). She is looking for something that will coordinate with the tile floor, something with a pop of blue. In terms of style, she doesn't want florals, looking for something fun....geometric / transitional.

I told her I took to Houzz for suggestions updating my bathroom and got so many great ideas, I thought she would have some luck. The Houzz community is awesome!

Lovely powder room! What will be replacing the wainscoting? Since it has quiet a traditional feel, I hesitate recommending something overly geometric or bold. The brown tones in the floor tiles makes choosing blues a little tricky as well. I would suggest something like this (from Bolta):

Or something more neutral, like this (from Symphony):

Hope that helps!

Patterns and Prosecco Interiors and Styling: Thank you, I love that blue one. Very cool! She will be replacing the existing wainscoting bc it’s not in good shape, but I think will look similar to what’s already there.

I was also thinking, since she’s trying to be less traditional, to do the wainscoting like this...it might be more updated and work better with the geometric pattern wallpaper.

The wainscoting is not going to go well with geometrical designs in the wall paper nor the sink and toilet design . This design would be better

Algal, how about something like this? She may want to paint the new wainscoting to something in more of an off white.

I would not do wainscoting and wallpaper together. And I would not do wainscoting (dated). So I would just remove the wainscoting and wall paper the entire bathroom. I would not do anything in blue because that makes no sense ... that will just look like a randomly added color. Stick with a neutral wallpaper that has a slight texture to it. I would not do a geometric pattern because of that flooring (which is already a small geometric). Just go for some neutral texture.
