I'm looking forward to the tree sale this weekend. I don't know what I'm going to get.

But what did you get?

They didn't have the trees my sister wanted (Tamarind and Jamaican cherry, they had them past years but not this year), but I did get the mangoes my friend wanted (Pickering, Venus and Angie). For myself I got some fertilizer..........and a Chocolate persimmon and a green wax jambu.

I didn't get anything. I had to spend all my money on putting my truck in the shop. But I did work the show Saturday morning. Had to much fun helping people.

I worked Friday helping with setting up and unloading the trucks. Stopped by on Saturday about 3:00 to see if they had enough people for the take down. They had sold a lot of plants. A few mangoes left, some miracle fruit,some joboticaba, some jackfruit, some coconut palms, and onesy-twosy of some other things. I am guessing they sold about 90-95% of what they brought in.

I also bought a blueberry bush (with fruit) for the 3 year old granddaughter. She loves blue berries, and got a kick out of picking the ripe ones of the bush. She must have went out on the patio a half dozen times on Sunday to see if there were any more ripe ones. She sure was tickled with picking fruit from her own plant. She now has 1 blue berry bush and 2 pineapples (both with fruit). I also have a bee hive bottom board and cover that has been painted pink, so she will soon have her own bee hive. When we get the honey jar in the kitchen she is already asking if it is "her" honey.

Little ones are just too cute with the berry picking. my little ones ask to pick mulberries every day.

When I left the sale just after noon I would say 80%was gone.

That wax apple should clone easy from cutting in water.
