Each Soft Wood tile comes with two removable edge pieces. These will allow you to turn any tile into a corner, border, or center tile to give your floor that finished look.

Is this product suitable as flooring for weightlifting area. I do not anticipate abuse like dropping heavy weights or dumbbells on it.

Hi Jack - I would not recommend it. The foam will become indented when any equipment is set on top of it. If there was a cardio area it would be much better suited for that.
