Yes, it'll come off easy but I dont think you need to soak too long.... You will be quite pleased with this one as it's a strong and easy grower.....I bought this one long ago when it was first introduced. I paid $50. for a cutting the size of yours back then...the plant I have now, I bought off of Ebay from cowboyflowerman for I think $19.99. This is one of my favorite Hoyas :) mine has peduncles but hasnt bloomed. I think because its been in the greenhouse and kinda neglected since winter....keep posting updates for us.
