You'll definitely need a diamond blade specifically made for cutting glass tile, and a tile saw with a large deck. The straight wall intersections are a challenge given the shape of the individual tiles. It's best to lay the tile out on the floor first to establish a layout resulting in the largest cuts (really thin, wedge cuts in glass are nearly impossible to achieve). You may consider laying the wall tile first, and bringing your floor tile up to it. This conceals the cuts at the floor, but requires very precise cuts of the floor tile coming up to it. The grout we used was Laticrete, SpectraLock, Bright White. If you are a professional tile setter, laying the material is very similar to most mesh mounted glass mosaic tile. It is sandblasted on the surface so cleaning is a bit of a pain with the epoxy grout--and probably similar with urethane. This is definitely not a DIY friendly material, overall.
