We have dark cherry cabinets and basically a black granite countertop, stainless steel appliances and dark wood flooring. We don't have the budget this year to replace the cabinets or countertops, but just looking for something to make the room interesting -- either color or backsplash. The rest of my house is pretty neutral, not affraid of color (i have an eggplant color accent wall in my dining room which is adjacent to the kitchen), but I just can't decide on anything!! And trying to stay away from brown/beige because, I feel like it's everywhere!! Help!
