My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thank you very much, but we'd have to give the credit for paint selection to the Interior Designer Lauren Liess (http://www.laurenliess.com/). She and her team are both incredibly skilled and wonderful to work with. The trim and Kitchen Millwork finish is a SW Pure White 7005 in a satin sheen.

      We're glad to help Val. The fan in the Family Room is a custom variation of the "Industry" line from Modern Fan Company (http://modernfan.com/fan/industry/) with a customized extension rod to match the fan's finish and achieve the desired drop.
