Help with basement bar design

Not sure I’m posting this in the right place, but looking for some feedback on this basement bar design. I already know I want longer shelves. What else would you change? Remove the end pillar cabinets? Thanks for your help!

Why a TV in the center of the cabinet run and keep it away from the sink. Is the size of the bar in proportion to the size of the basement?

Is this a very large basement? How do you see yourself using the space (I.e. is an island really needed)? Are you going to be behind the bar serving drinks? Do you have enough stuff to fill all those cabinets?

The tv and bar is my husband’s thing. We have a lot of friends over, so wanted to maximize the seating. People seem to love to gather around the island upstairs, so that’s why we are leaning toward the island downstairs. Here’s a floorplan of the basement. The house was built a couple of years ago, so the plumbing had already been roughed in on the cabinet wall.

Will there be another TV in the family room, if so, where?

Seems like there's quite a bit of space there - what about turning the island 90º - then drinks/fridge/prep/clean-up etc are all along the right wall, largely separate from the social circle around the island. Plus you could mount a TV on the 'top' wall. Mocked this up below with a large island with ~4' walkways around it (although going 6.5'x5' means planning for a i.e. a jumbo slab)

Our basement is finished and similar sized at 1100 square feet. We have a 26 foot bar in our basement with 13 bar stools. Similar walk behind design. One full size refrigerator, one commercial beer fridge, one wine refrigerator, two tvs, led undercabinet and top of bar lighthing (we change the led colors depending on the season / occasion) and led lit step bottle display with a mirror as the center focal point, also a full size dishwasher (a must!) and sink. The focal point of the bar is the mirror and lit step bottle display in the center with the two flat screens set in cabinetry on either side. We entertain frequently and use it all the time!

As far as function, for a bar you need fewer drawers and more doors for storage, to me a bat feel needs the bar not an island, personal preference, you get just as many people but the feel is very different. Good open shelves for bottles over glass fronted cabinets in my preference, and make them shallow or use risers. Make sure they are well anchored, bottles get heavy fast.
