The shutters, the front door and window trim are in black. With a green awning it may throw off the appearance of the house. If you want green, add bushes or plants around the house.

i think that shade of green doesnt play well with the other bits in black. i get if you dont want a black and white house... but maybe rethink the other black bits and just do the minty green and white.

Appreciate the input. If I had to do it again would have done a darker green for all the trim. At this point will roll with the black and focus on landscaping.

I think I would have removed the awning, it hides a very nice window. But if it has to stay the black is a much better choice than the green. If that awning is really used for heat and light control you could use a solar shade inside for that.

I think the black and white look good. If you ever remove the awning I could see a window box on that window.
