Hello! I have long desired a rose bush in my yard. We are currently landscaping the back of our home and I found this at Lowe’s marked down. Though she obviously needs some love the roots have me slightly concerned.. any advice for this newbie on how to put some life into this ugly duckling. I have 10-10-10 fertilizer & a willingness to learn.
