The rain in the forecast for later in the week contains an odd twist this time around----real, actual wet stuff that resembles raindrops is expected to fall over western Oklahoma where some areas have been without decent rainfall (for our purposes defined as a measly quarter-inch of rain in one 24-hour recording period) since early October. The forecast also includes rain for the rest of us who have not been suffering from a lack of rain nearly as much as western OK.
