Yes ma'am it is the Hague Blue sink with the American Standard faucet.

I've attached the installation instructions that we have for the sinks. Now the sink only comes with the faucet and drain, so you would need to supply the pipes. We do have these but they are not available on Houzz, they can be found on our website ReadyToRe.
