My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
I’m going this weekend. The Sonoma area had some late rains this year, so this will be one of the first sunny and warm weekends up in that area this April. I will make a thread and post lots of photos for everyone to join the virtual tour with me. :-)
More of this super fragrant Australian rhodie. I swear I want to smother it in honey and eat it up. It smells so delicious. It’s more creamy white than this photo shows, not lemon yellow.
Our only shot at having a fragrant lepidote in zone 7 gardens (well, besides fragrant foliage) is the clever hybrid 'Mildred Amateis'. Alas, although hybridized in the USA, it seems lost to commercial horticulture here and I've only found records of it in Canadian or European gardens.
