ZZ plant drooping

Hi all, I have a ZZ plant inherited from my dad and it is very important to me! I'm unfamiliar with it though and generally have been able to care for it well with indirect sun and minimal but (I think) adequatewatering since last fall, but now it is particularly dropping

Im including a few pictures- it is very alive but still in rough shape in my opinion. Do you think it needs to be repotted? Needs fertilizer? Is this jusy a normal winter droop? My dad cut back some stems a few years ago as you can see in the middle photo. Wondering if it needs a new potting situation.
