My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    All brick is manufactured - so not sure about your question. This brick is from McNear Brick in San Rafael where they make all kinds of bricks.

    Sorry - this lovely project was completed years ago and I can not recall the final brick selection. You are on the right track with McNear and you can visit their yard for samples.
