Hi Louiseab, I think you need to provide some more information so that people can give you advice. For starters, what type of material are you interested in, what is your budget?

Good point. We are trying to decide what type. We have granite now, but are looking at maybe Corion or quartz. We have about 25 feet to fill. Maybe 5-7 thousand.

As everyone knows, I love my Glacier White Corian countertops!!! I've had them since 1985 and they're still gorgeous.

What type of cabinets do you have?

I have oak cabinets and recently had a new sink, backsplash and quartz countertops. Pictures are in my "my pics" idea book.

Take a door or drawer with you and look at some kitchen and bath stores at samples. Mine is LG White Pearl quartz which I have seen on white, dark and mid-tone cabinets. My neighbor has LG Aria with her dark cabinets and I've seen some recent pics of LG Soprano here:

I'm not pushing LG - many good brands out there - those are just some that I have seen recently with wood cabinets.
