OH NO! He does look rather full! :( Am I remembering right that you also grow milkweed? My friend had a bunch of monarch caterpillars... several of them didn't fully pupate. She was so sad.

When my students go on vacations during the school year, their assignment is to bring back something they didn't buy to share with the class. One year I got one of those. We named her Lizzie and she lived in our classroom. It made for great writing prompts.
