Hi, wondering the dimensions of the space. It appears from the photos that the sitting area with fireplace exist behind the counter with bar stools, so curious about the space from the kitchen backsplash to fireplace. Also, the length of the kitchen counter. Thanks!

    The width of the room (parallel to the bar) is 27'9" and the depth from the backsplash to the wall with the fireplace is 29'6". The length of the kitchen counter behind the island is 18'6". The length of the kitchen island is 11'9".
