Hi Pam, how did you plant your peony roots? Hopefully I answered your question on your other posting but yell out if you need more help. If your roots came from the bagged ones that are sold at the big box stores in the spring they were probably pretty dry--one trick is to soak them for an hour or more before planting, they'll sprout faster that way, just for future reference.
