Benjamin Moore Tranquility Lightened

Hi, I love the blue, green, grey of BM Tranquility. I got a sample that I painted on a poster board. It is a tad too dark. Has anyone lightened this color and if so do you have pics. Thanks!

Too dark for what room? I have used this Affinity color many times, and mt description would be bright and rich, not dark.

Just ask the paint store to cut the Trnquility formula to ONE HALF. and have a custom mix.

I just painted my breakfast nook BM Tranquility (AF-490), and also think it’s a tad dark. I really liked the color better when it was wet (a little lighter). I’m wondering if I can take the can back to the paint store and have them lighten it. If I asked them to just add white to the can, would that work? We only used maybe 1/4 of the gallon for two coats on the top half of our breakfast nook, and had planned to use the rest to paint our master bedroom, but I just think it’s too dark. I guess it couldn’t hurt to try?
