The yellow flowered plant looks to have a woody stem, so not likely a tomato. The vine in the back by the tree also does not look like a tomato. A close up of the leaves and flowers will likely be needed for identification.

It looks like a currant bush to me (leaves and flowers). Gooseberries look similar. Some currants have leaves that look totally different, but the kind that grows wild in our area, as well as the kind that we grow look like that. They're both black currants.

Gooseberries can have thorns. I've never found thorns on a currant bush. Our currants, and the wild ones, have yellow flowers.
