So nice to welcome back your "friends". They all look wonderful. I am still waiting here, I hope with the current break in the weather my wait won't be too long.

It has been nearly too warm already, I'm afraid the sun might burn those new leaves. But it gets colder and rainy next week so everything is back to normal soon. I'm done with repotting and loss counting (5 so far) and now it is time to enjoy!

What a beautiful display - they look amazingly fresh at this particular time of growth. I really love this stage of the growing season - so much promise and the anticipation of amazing beauty.

Thank you, Karin - I love looking at your photos... we still have ice under the snow but today I am putting out the patio furniture with 14-degree temperature. Winter boots on but sweatshirt instead of bulky winter coat! :D

To Saija and others who still have a ways to go, like me, soon enough we will be getting happily reacquainted with our plants too! I wonder which of my potted hosta will pip first??? I am NOT going to think of "losses" (cringing here) if I can help it.

Jo, so sorry to hear that you still have snow. I don't know how you all manage that...I'm so glad that I can be outside again. I took hundreds of pictures in early morning light because sun is best in spring and with the new camera tripod it is so easy to zoom and get good pictures...

I have to go outside and water the garden, it had been nearly 30°C today and everything is terribly try and I'm afraid those fine leaves will burn if it goes on like this.

But I will leave a few pictures for you...
