My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This is actually an engineered, prefinished floor from Kentwood. It's a brushed oak and is 3/4".

    Unfortunately, I don't recall the exact color. It resembles Arlington, but it is a pre-finished product.

    Emily it would be possible to show your finisher the color and have them closely copy it. Start at Provincial and go from there.
