Can anyone identify these white spots? I'm assuming they are eggs of some sort of pest. Apologies for the picture quality - my phone camera didn't want to focus. I've been battling fungus gnats all winter so I'm hoping that they are the egg layer and not something else. I have treated plants in another room for mites here and there but I haven't seen any other bugs around. This is my only orchid and was a Christmas gift from my son so I would be sad if I lost it. It has grown a new leaf since then and seems to be generally healthy. TIA
