Below are pics of our new house. It does not have a dining room. It has an area in the kitchen that can accommodate a large table or a table with leaves. My plan is to put a table there.

The other picture shows our morning room. In our last house, we had our main table in the morning room. We hated that there was no room for comfy upholstered furniture though because of the table. I'm thinking of having a 48" round table in the morning room so we can drink tea or have breakfast and also have a couple of cushy chairs and a table on the left. Too many tables? It would suit our lifestyle, but I don't want it to be too weird. The opening you see in the second photo leads to the morning room. Thoughts? We get the keys Wednesday.
