My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi-
    There is a small overhang at the roof above -- but the trellis that you are looking at is open to the air - this is what allows the plants to grow over it and dangle down through the boards.This element was designed for shading and not for rain protection.
