Feeling dumb

I'm a little confused on how this works. Is it possible to choose from the pictures or do you have to customize it? Who do I talk to? How much does a chesterfield sectional like the one above, cost? How long does it usually take to ship?
We lost our home and well, everything in a flood recently. We should be done with rebuilding in a month or so.
Thank you and I apologize. Maybe my husband would understand better...lol
