My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I don't think they are casement as I checked all three photos of this room and didn't see any cranks.

    Pella may have been used in the main house, but those aren’t Pella windows in the sunroom. They look to be vertical 4 track vinyl windows, which I used in my sunroom which hubby just finished. I used EZebreeze http://pgtezebreeze.com/products/eze-breeze/all?type_style=56 but EZ porch, Weather master and I believe Weatherwall all make very similar products.
