Congrats on your new baby rose. Leave the leaves. Next steps depend on what method you used to propagate. Has your rose acclimated to outdoor conditions? If not, then you’ll need to get it acclimated. Does it have a good root system? If not, keep the plant in mostly shade until it forms lots of roots. Don’t let it dry out. If/when your rose has enough roots, place the pot in a nice sunny location and water well. In the summer, if your area gets really hot, you can keep the pot in some shade. Just treat it like a band or new gallon size plant. It should bulk up, then you can plant it in the ground.
