RIOBEL is 👎 ! I was advised To buy high quality faucets as the interior parts are metal versus plastic. I bought 3 faucets from the Riobel/Eiffel series for my bathroom and spent a fortune !! All 3 faucets were dripping upon installation , Riobel sent me replacement cartridges however the plumber expense was out of my pocket to replace. 3 months later the deck mount tub filler- hand shower was lop sided on the mount and would no longer fit flush. Riobel sent me a replacement & again I had to pay the

plumber fees. A few months later the hand shower lever literally broke off the back of the faucet. The plumber said it was a poor design and a replacement would only last so long. 3 repairs on a 6 month old tub faucet that we don’t even use very often. I would avoid Riobel at all costs.

We have dripping taps and ordered replacement cartridges the store where we purchased the taps. They are supposed to be sent directly to us. It has been over a month and we still do not have replacement cartridges. They do not respond to email. Very poor customer service.

I never bought Riobel, my condo came with brand, shower got broken and after researching this brand, I was able to get in touch with Riobel Canada and received replacement within a week, however 10 months later it happened again, colled their office again, but was directed to company in New Jersey, they had no clue about previous order. After two weeks of communication nothing was resolved. Point is: pricing doesn't justify quality. Will not recommend their products.

If you're lucky enough to get in touch with someone nice in Riobel Canada, it will be resolved in one week, good luck.

Sadly I have been trying to get a hold of someone for the last few months. I have to renovate to sell my property. I will be missing the spring market. Now I am looking at replacing two shower systems ( two handles)

Without having to replace tile work a real nightmare. I will be posting online video. BEWARE all I asked for is replacement part so I dint have to retile two steam shower enclosures.

Black sink stopper in one of the sinks in master bath is flaking, two areas now without paint sink was installed in 2020 our plumber hated installing the tub drain. i do not recommend

I have Riobel bathtub fixtures. The handheld shower snapped off when my daughter bumped it with her elbow - it was plastic inside. Riobel replaced the fixture but I had to pay Riobel $185.00 for a custom-size bolt necessary to attach it to the bathtub.

Terrible customer service. US customers are directed to a California service center 800 number. They (CA) sent me the wrong parts and it takes weeks for the parts to arrive, plus they were the wrong parts. They told me the problem is that Riabel are a Canadian company and there are cross border problems with the parent company. STAY AWAY from Riobel

They do not care about their warranty. I am in Canada. They sent me several parts after admitting that they had no training on their product. It cost me $1,800 for the plumber to come back 4 times after sending 4 products. I purchased the elctronic control shower in 2020, with a 5 year warranty. Still doesn't work and they say they have no more parts. Will not refund me. Tech support told me to go buy a Moyen. They will not give me my money back

Horrible company ! the faucet cost me $600 and lasted 3 days and leaked all over my new kitchen caused tons of $ damage and they wouldnt even givenme a regund just offered to replace the broken part ! unreal horrible service and wont even let you return !!

Worst company ever! i boight two bath faucets for $800 two years ago and the black finish has chipped on both of them the faucets come with a lifetime warranty on the black finish yet the company refuses to honor it the handles also dont lock and i constantly have to use an allen wrench tontighten the set screws

i sent them pictures and their respjnse was i ised something abrasive to clean them how rediculous and sickening dont buy from them!
