We are trying to fit two twin beds in a bedroom 11'5" x 11'6" (pic attached to see doors and closet) what would you recommend the set up be?

We also are trying to get a sectional into our family room but can't decide on where the tv should go and whether we should get a L shaped sectional or a U shaped (I've always wanted a chaise). I've attached an image of the floor plan. Let me know your thoughts!!
