Purchase the part from where and what is it called? I don't want to buy if I'm not able to find the part. Several posting said they could not find the part to connect to a hose.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Usually, the hose can be simply slid onto the pipe that's behind the shower (see attached picture). Sometimes an adaptor should be purchased for hoses that are thicker than the hoses that fit on the pipe I mentioned before.
