Thank you! I don't want wood in my kitchen, but also am hesitant about "ink jet" porcelain vs thru-body color. Leery of natural stone with multiple dogs, golf shoes, and red wine drinkers . . . there are just so many choices! My area will be about 1500 sf, including foyer, great room, etc. so I must LOVE it!

That is a lot of tile, and this was a quality floor. I think it retails around $7.00 per sq ft. If you spend the money to install a good porcelain with an epoxy grout you will be very happy in the long run.

What is the name/color of this tile? I am getting ready to install river white granite with white shaker style cabinets, and I think this tile would be perfect!!! I love the shade and how it looks with the countertop.

rgladstein wants a floor covering to stand up to dogs, golf shoes??!, red wine drinkers....she probably forgot to mention ice skates....I suggest she cover the cement slab with newspaper!
