Looking for some advice.

We have a ton of work to do on the exterior of our 1964 split level home but I'm not sure which projects to tackle first. We need to have the house painted, replacement windows, new gutters, fascia, and soffits. We had the roof done a few years ago.

If we decide to do vinyl siding instead of painting does that change the order?
